We knew it had to change eventually - still strange that we are where we are today, but damn not many sports fans got to enjoy their fandom as much as SA for so damn long.

Interesting take. Keep in mind Tony was playing against starters and Patty was playing against benches:

Parker: 18 PPG
Mills: 10 PPG

Parker: 5 APG
Mills: 2 APG

Production wise, Mills contributed half of what Parker did in the series, but he did shoot a higher percentage from the field (54% vs 48%), which is one of the only times he’s done that over Parker.

Not sure that’s enough to constitute “outplaying,” but I guess everyone has their own definition of things. Thanks again for the take.
