View Full Version : Has anyone ever saw all 82 games during a season?

I've tried but never saw all 82. The most I saw was about 76-78 during the 2017 season. I'm about 64+ on average. I am determined to see all 82 games this year. The only problem is Saturday nights when boxing or UFC comes on. Those are most of the games I miss. I try to watch both at the same time with one on tv and the other on a laptop but fighting normally takes over. I still remember the Mayweather/Pacquia parter was the same day as game 7 against the Clippers in 2015 and fortunately, the game ended about an hour before the card started. I never miss a spurs playoff game though. I haven't missed one since my military days

I think in the 2013-2014 season I have. I used to go on different streaming sites even if the quality wasn't so good and dang I'd fall in depression every game we lost.

I don't think I've ever watched all 82 games, but I know I've come close to it. This past season, I probably watched around 70 games. I haven't missed a playoff game in a long time.

I'll typically watch a crap ton in the first 3-4 weeks and then I'll watch the ones against good teams or division rivals. I watch every game if seeding is close and every game counts. Unless its on ESPN, TNT, or ABC, I'll stream it online and quality is typically pretty good. I think last season though, I watched at least 65

Yes. I watch all of them every year without fail. Solid D reads a newspaper, Ducks nurse gives him updates, TPark watches the games from a Tilt A Whirl, Timvp watches games at the Church, Kori sits courtside, I just sit here with a bag of cheetos in my underwear watching them ball.... Oh and with a crown and coke also. FO.

I’ve probably missed three games in past 10 years. Mostly because I didn’t have access to a television. The past five years it has become even easier as I can use phone to watch via some app.

I’ve had league pass since the early 2000s and watch 90% of the games. Last year was the hardest b/c little kids jack up my time spent winding down watching the Spurs.

I recorded most of the games last year and ended up deleting quite a few without bothering to watch them. Last season was awful w/ all the Kawhi nonsense. The team was rarely in position or capable to win big games. Complete waste.

I'm sorry, but I can't be missing big fights on saturday nights in which there is a spurs game. Because UFC has one big ppv every month and mostly there is a big boxing match that night. Throw in a spurs game, I can only watch 2 of 3 and I'm not turning down a big UFC ppv card, big boxing match for a regular season game. :lol That's just not gonna happen.

If I miss a game I at least look at the youtube highlights but I'm talking about every 48 minute(2.5 hour) game. So I've seen highlights of every game I missed, but I have never seen all 82 games of any season. But I will try this year once again.

boxing's actually over UFC, but UFC is over basketball. So I guess I'm not a fan then. Pugilistic fun with someone getting their brain rattled is a hell of a lot more fun to watch than someone throwing a ball through a metal circle.

I've watched practically every Spurs game from 2010-present.

I'm a Texas native, but I reside in Northern Minnesota since my marriage in 1993.

I get the non national TV games from NBA league pass and DVR them if I can't watch live.

FWIW, I do my best to watch the DVR'ed games without knowing the outcome. Otherwise, it ruins the viewing experience.

Wow. You guys are awesome. I consider myself a big Spurs fan at heart but I don't watch many games. I don't like to spend money on league pass or watch things illegally. Though I have definitely done both quite a few times.

Now I know why despite the website popularity going down you guys still find the passion and time to post. Great job guys. I think this forum will only get better from here!

I also skip a lot through the late 1st and late 3rd quarters

I havnt seen all 82 in a few years since I cut my cable. I used to watch every game when I had dvr. But my buddy was nice enough to lend me info for foxsports go so I'm able to catch most of the games. I'll probably watch 80 of the 82.

No crack, I watch the whole cards because some of the best fights are undercard fights. Just like this past Saturday when taken and Chidiro has the fight of the year in London during the afternoon then at 10 there was the Garcia vs Easter fight. There are 18 weight classes. There are many good fighters in each division. I’m not a casual fan. And Pac is still fighting as he was in a good fight a few weeks ago. So many big fights upcoming. I’m on the east. Spurs games start 9 or 10 out west for me. Boxing cards start at 10 or 1030. Ufc fights the same. All of the big fights are out west now

I for sure saw every single game from the preseason all the way to the championship plus all 82 regular season games during the 2007 season. Pretty much every other season I would say I maybe only miss 10 games. With replay options you can usually get caught up on your own time.

The most famous fighter of Tyson and Holyfield eras were sugar ray Leonard, sweet pea, and Roy Jones lol. None of those guys are sluggers. And as I stated, the fight of the year was this past Saturday. Every fight except one on that card was a knockout

I've watched all games during the Duncan era. Missed a few here and there but cought the highlights the next day. I also watch some summer league games as well as D-league. I pre-tape them most times and then I fast forward the commercials and time outs. I also attend as many as I can. This past year I watched the fewest games in a long time. They weren't of interest to me but now with DeRozan and the young kids I'm starting to gain interest once again.

2015: The year I thought the Spurs could've went back to back (really a year that should've been a 4-peat), I watched all the games b/c I thought the team was special and I wanted to really enjoy it. I did the same thing with the 2010 Vikings, btw. That NFC Championship game was rigged though; and Peterson needed to just hold onto the damn ball at the goal line to go up 3 TDs anyways.

Of course, some of them I may have watched on demand and not live. Are we talking about live?

At a certain point, I cared less of watching games if I knew they were losses though. Watching run-of-the-mill losses is just not that fun, tbh.

If I am in America next year, it'll be in April. So, if I do manage a game it will be during the playoff push or early playoffs. Would be sweet.
