I want a daily driver / investment combo.

It's either that or a Tesla or other elec. (2019 Porshe elec is gonna kick ass, one reason I say "investment" on the potential classic car now so if/when needed I can sell out at a profit or break even) Elec is coming sooner or later IMO. I can't see the gas and oil pigs keeping it at $3 a gallon much longer.

corvair's are nice. my grandfather used to build them up from the ground up. beautiful cars with easy engines to work on. engines are pretty much the same double carb vw engines. accidentally broke my classic corvair mug yesterday i use when i watercolor paint. :(
