a. The daughter is 16. She was not touched. She made it safely out of the stall and was leaving the store.
b. The local security guard was "handling" it.

Absolutely correct. Rattling on bathroom cage door of 16 year old daughter (who then safely made it out and into store) does not give the insecure father the right to be jury, judge and executioner. Slap him around a little? Ok.

He was even kind enough to give his victim some money moments before brutally murdering him for presumably saying hello to his daughter, as she exited the store.
