I can dig this starting lineup, in it's infancy. Let's see how it does.
Probably not going to be representative of how they'd play together in, say, March, but it will be good to watch.

If true, we'll see how long it lasts. But if this is the type of rotation they prefer to play, then this roster construction makes even less sense. Barring rotational gymnastics . . .

- There's no size on the wings
- There's only room for one of Gasol or Poeltl in the rotation
- As a result, a rotation spot should be up for grabs among Forbes, Cunningham, Walker
- White is the only ball handler off the bench

Would they go so far as to not play Gasol period in certain matchups? I give that about 5 minutes until he complains and possibly even requests a trade. Playing him alongside Bertans doesn't make much sense either, since they're both spacers/poppers. He really only has a place on this team as a starter (save for certain matchups), because of his range shooting/play making.

Wouldn't doubt if this was a courtesy start for Mills. Pop don't know jack about how these groups will work together as a cohesive unit. This preseason will be about mixing and matching.
Probably the first 30 games too. And I wouldn't worry too much about Pau getting upset. He's already talked noise about being cool doing whatever helps the team and if he did demand a trade... who would really be upset?
