News
Sixers center Samuel Dalembert participated in practice for the first time this preseason after recovering from a tear in his right quadriceps suffered while running sprints in September. "I want to get his conditioning back," coach Maurice Cheeks told the Philadelphia Daily News. "Conditioning is one of the more important things. Once his conditioning gets a little better, he'll slow down in all the other things that he's doing. He hasn't played all summer and then not in camp or any exhibition games; that's kind of tough for anybody. We'll wait and see how he feels. If he's ready to play [tomorrow], we'll certainly welcome him out there. If he's not, we'll hold him out again."

Fantasy owners should be more relieved than concerned over the fact that the Sixers will take it easy with him and work him back into the mix. Dalembert has been a solid sleeper for a couple years now and if he had a coach that utilized his strengths, he would've made good on that potential by now. His four-cat ability makes him a borderline top-10 fantasy center this season.
