:oops

So it begins.

A guy with this kind of hops pre-game took himself off the game after just 5 minutes with some kind of injury.

I wish FO has a way to remedy good but often injured players. Splitter, Duncan, had nagging injuries and they sometimes they just play through it and sometimes they needed to rehabilitate, but the injuries come back. And now with Kawhi gone because of how his health issues were handled, I wish they do something better for Walker

The good trolls are missing... the guys that come up with funny stuff like, just amputate the leg he'll be fine.

Even bitch made Leonard wasn't as injured so often early into his rookie season as much Lonnie has been.

Splitter was oft injured his rookie year as I recall. He never did get over the injury bug really (though he was good when healthy as what he was asked to do).

Let's hope Lonnie's situation isn't an indication of things to come.

Could be fragile; could be an ounce of prevention.

No, we don't want him to miss whole seasons with 'quad' injuries.

a young rookie missing part of training camp/preseason spells absolute doom for any chances seeing him in nba games this season ... if he ever had one

yes this is logical and definitely relates to his health and on-court performance

Didn't Manu Ginobili miss some time his rookie year due to an ankle injury?

The Spurs will be conservative with this guy due to the various guard options available this year. He has a ton of athletic ability that needs coaching and time.

Yes. He had a bad sprain he got in that summer’s World Championships playing for Argentina when someone step under him on a jump shot.

God damn shame if it's a knee injury.... he's easily the best prospect we've had at Shooting Guard over the last 20 years...

I remember Manu in the playoffs, thinking he missed most of the 02-03 season with a really bad sprain, but basketball ref say he played in 69 games.

Shit. Darn it, Lonnie. I hope it's not a serious knee injury.

Holy fuck didn't know Walker was a retard conspiracy theorist. Why couldn't he have been the one to exile to fucking Toronto?

If it's the knee, he's gonna miss a lot of games. Good thing he's a rookie but would love to see him play more. I think, given playing time, he can really elevate this team. But he's a rookie so I'm hoping maybe next year

whats going to be funny is those of you who were hopeful about Lonnie with either forget his potential or be plagued with new spur fan dumb asses who say "pafto sucks at the draft, jean charles, James Anderson, lonnie walker, who these scrubs that suck?"

Lonnie with a noticeable limp. Wasn’t putting full weight on leg. No news yet.

He was able to walk off without help. Hopefully sprained and precautionary. I really like him a lot and don’t want him to miss any time

Looks like he’s favoring his right leg which is the one where he had the meniscus tear. Sure hope it’s just a little tweak, he looks like he’ll be a helluva player if he stays healthy.

I have a good feeling about him being a great player if he stays away from major injuries. I just hope this one isn't a serious injury. Hopefully it's just a tweak and no tears or anything bad.

Back before the new year hopefully. Obviously a blow cause he needs as much reps as possible, but could be worse. 8 weeks is December 1st

After having the left groin injury - this looks like your standard body over compensating on the other side injury...

This sets us back a year thought he could be our starting SG next year but now will have to look at SG and SF in next years draft rather then just SF.

Hope I am wrong but his body just can't handle basketball which sucks but like Anderson once injury prone it is tough.
