Now, this same chick is the first to take a picture with Kobe as he's leaving town after finding out he's free.

The shot was snapped with Rachel Yandle, who ran into Kobe at the private airport. "I just went up to him and asked for a picture," Yandle told us.
Yandle tells "CJ" that Kobe appeared very excited that the criminal case was over. "People were just congratulating him. He was just saying ‘Thank you,’ and signing basketballs," Yandle recounted. "He was really excited; he was happy to be there and to be leaving, I guess. To be heading home."
