No, you dumbfuck. One of the reasons why you get more pts in the paint is because the other team doesn't foul you. So it makes perfect sense for the team with the more pts in the paint to have less FT's.

If Lebron goes to the paint and nobody on the Spurs fouls him, his pts count as "pts in the paint". If Aldridge gets the ball on the block and he gets hacked going to the basket, he doesn't get "pts in the paint", he gets free throws.

The real stat to see which team was being more agressive is to see how many times each team got the ball to the paint.
