Back in 96-97 when teams like Vancouver would come to town you could get upper level seats at the Alamodome for bringing in an empty Coke can.

You'd have to pay me to watch the cavs, at the arena or tv. I've seen enough of that bum Jordan Clarkson as a laker.

It was when Robinson and Elliott missed the season and the Spurs won 21 games. Plus the Alamodome was a nightmare to fill for non marquee games even when the Spurs had good teams since everyone knew there would always be tickets available when Chicago, Orlando, Houston, Phoenix, Seattle, etc came to town as the stadium was so ridiculously large for basketball. They sold shit for season tickets in that arena.

Vancouver had their worst record ever in only their second year in the league but it was good enough to beat the Spurs :lol

Tickets should be cheaper in general. But too many idiots are paying the high prices, and teams have incentives to have thousands of empty seats instead.

I remember going to a preseason game in the Alamodome and they curtained off the whole top section bc the place was so huge lol

Shit, I remember getting tickets off stubhub during the 2011-12 Spurs season for 70 cents. Also went to see the Pelicans, Suns, and Nuggets for like $1 around then too.

The best part of the article?

The Cavs have more sell out than the Lakers do so far!

ROFL. King less Cavs have MORE SELLOUTS than the LAKERS. Lakers have access to over 10 million people in the immediate area to sell out games. :lol :rofl

The Lakers are notorious for having sellout fans though. They will flip on a dime.
