Is anyone watching this?
The podcast was pretty interesting with Catherine Keener and Oscar Isaac as the main characters.
Seemed like it could be turned into a great series.
But I fucking hate Julia Roberts. It's really the only reason I haven't started it yet.

Just finished this last night. Very good. Regardless of my much I dislike Roberts.
It's about a corporate owned facility that treats soldiers for PTSD. However, everything is not above board.
10 episodes running about 35 minutes each and it moves along very quickly. The acting is great.
You'll probably know after 2 episodes whether you'll like it or not.
8/10

Yeah...for sure. And they all do a good job of finding a logical ending point.
I should have mentioned that it was directed by Sam Esmail who did Mr. Robot.

Kinda phaggy but I always liked Julia Roberts her movies are disappointing tho tbh. In terms of rom coms Pretty Woman is good to great but lot of stupid shit otherwise she made. That Meg Ryan between Harry met Sally (great - their convos are reminiscent of Elaine and Jerrys relations on Seinfeld), sleepless in seattle (great), youve got mail (very good), actually made more good to great rom coms than Roberts did tbh

I like Julia Roberts' huge ass mouth. It's almost as big as Jay's mom's, tbh.

Plus they both smell like Parmesan cheese
That 35 minute running time is weird. Are you sure this is not a comedy?

pretty sure. I supposed they formatted to run similar to the podcasts. Although there's 10 instead of 12.
But obviously, there's not a lot of dead time in any of them.
Another person here who absolutely detests Julia Roberts, yet I fucking loved this show. Sam Esmail is the current TV alpha.
Also finally a show with actual resolution in the season finale and not just ending on a massive cliffhanger.

For sure. I hope they don’t try to milk it and try to create a second season just because they can.
But I would be interested in more attempts at bringing great podcasts to TV.
There’s on called Sarah that would translate well I think. Maybe it’s Sara
You guys convinced me. I'm pirating this show right now. :lol
Just finished this last night. Solid watch.
Thanks for the recc seis.
The black guy and Julia Roberts do a great job in this.
