We should be on a 7 wins streak. 8 if we consider that we had the Lakers dominated with 4 minutes to go in our last game in LA.
We also should’ve won game 6 in the 2013 Finals.

It still hurts. :cry

If they could add a significant piece this team could make noise I've said it all year through the ups and downs they have a good feel to them at times but I don't want to wander in mediocre land either we go for it or we trade off and tank.

Spurs has shown that they can score. They just need to consistently stop other teams from getting back. 6th straight the Spurs held their opponent below 100 including the last quarter lost to Bulls. If they can tighten the defense, as has been the Spurs long tradition, plus continue to spread the scoring, moving the ball, they can seriously compete, albeit not as for championship, but enough to bring a healthy core back next year, and hopefully LW4/Metu/Poeltl developing. And adding a nice piece with Gasol’s salary. The possibilities, but now Spurs had me getting excited again... for now GSG!

Hopefully this win streak will give this team some confidence going forward. In some of the interviews, the players are saying that they getting more comfortable on the court with communication, especially from the defensive side, and it shows. Their energy in the last two games has been consistent (could've included the Bulls game until that 2nd half flat tire the rolled out with, smh). It looks like with a couple of help losses, the Spurs have moved up to the 8th spot! GSG!!!

I will take that I will take a legit player that can help but I just wish they decide one way or another.

Gasol being back into the rotation will add a boost. The reason LA had offensive struggles was due to Pau being out of the lineup imo. It took LA and Pop a bit of time to work things out.

I do hope Pop doesn't bury Poeltl behind Pau though.

I want to see high low action again. Pau can make plays for LA and Poeltl.

This team is one difference maker away from being a tough out for any team in the league. If that player is Lonnie, or just the young guys getting sharper and more experienced.

Go Spurs Go!

I agree that Pau being back will be great. Our three front court line-ups should be LMA/Gasol, Bertans/Poeltl and Bertans/LMA. We need to try out the Q-Pon experiment at the 3 to see what he can do. Really bad decision to give away Blossomgame for nothing.

The Houston game will likely be without Paul and the Nuggets home and home will likely be without Barton, Milsap and Gary Harris. Those 3 games seem much more winnable if they all miss those games.
