Pacers forward Austin Croshere will likely be a starter when the regular season opens, according to the Indianapolis Star.

This really isn't surprising, what with Jeff Foster out with an injured Achilles tendon and Scot Pollard and David Harrison also tending to injuries. It sounds like the Pacers will use Croshere at power forward and Jermaine O'Neal at center.
