Heard this from Bill & Sean earlier in that OKC game. Is this true? If yes, is it because of the easy schedule?

Easy schedule they’ve played the most games against top teams and have a winning record

All you had to do was watch tonight's game to tell it isn't true. Offense is pretty great, top 5 in the league, but the defense is mediocre. It's been said before by different people, but they play a gimmicky defensive system that will be exposed come playoff time. Luckily it works during the regular season since teams don't game plan anywhere as much.

we had one of the biggest nights of 3pt shooting (ever?)against one of the best defenses in the league, I'll give you that

Yeah it has to be for the month of December. Thanks to the horrific start to the season defensively, I don’t think it would be statistically possible to take over the number one spot in the league. But we can all pretend the season started in December :)

Exactly. When you go 10-10 from 3 you should be up 20...

just like the gimmicky defense of 2015-16 tbh that ranked 1st in the regular season but was exposed by OKC when it mattered.

Not when rando scrubs that shoot an abysmal percentage start raining down threes also. Didn't Ferguson have like 6 when he was only shooting like 29% coming into the game. That shit offset our hot shooting

Drtg isn’t based on points per game. It’s based on pts per 100 possessions. That makes it pace neutral.
