my n!gggs,

Unless the Nephew is seriously screwed up, and even then Toronto seems to do fine against non contenders without him...…

Sat Parlay:
1. Is not Saturdays Toronto easy money vs Memphis who is on B2B roadie? (at Boston Fri night).
2. Denver hosting Cleveland (who is also on a B2B roadie)
Oh right, we gotta see the spread. But straight up they've got to be money, right?

Related, Can we parlay a Friday night game with a Saturdays night game? Or do the houses allow that?

Utah/Cle probably free money the way things have been going. The rest just gonna depend on spreads, tbh.

Utah F'd me so badly last weekend hosting the Bulls with the Bulls on a B2B roadie.
Rigged pieces of chit.

Okay, venting over. Are they back to keepin it real you think?

Just the trend of Cle on the road and Uth at home. Doubt they'll get the spread high enough. I said Chi shows up sometimes and f's things up.

I was okay with that. But Utah definitely layed down. Unforced errors 3 plays in a row in the last two minutes. Fouling when up 12 same last 2 minutes and last 1 minute. It's like they were in on the bet.

Real early Friday lines not too kind.
Jazz by 15 Cavs
Celtics by 10.5 Grizzleys

You did warn me about that bro and I appreciate it.
Still steaming about the Jazz throwing it.

See anything so far for Fri night that's a lock?
Appears the only locks are for no spread thus piddly 14% gain. (Which is wayy better then loss tho)

Nuggets are -16.5 tonight vs Cavs.

Are Cavs tanking hard enough to bank this?

Philly at home only -2 vs OKC!!??

Wth is someone injured and out on Philly?
This should be money.

Update: I used the Interweb to find out Embiid is a game time decision.

Late, but I would not have bet either way. -16.5 is a lot to cover for an exhausted Denver to cover, but Cleveland deserved that line. Good win for us.

I feel Phoenix can cover 12.5 vs Minnesota. Booker is back and the timberpuppies won't shoot as well as Charlotte just did. I also think Charlotte can cover -8 vs. an Indiana team that has not been inspiring recently.

Looking ahead to Monday, do you think the Golden Flamers will seek revenge on their cousins the Lakers? After the Lakers beat them in the Gay Area by like 30 a while back.

With the way Golden State used to like to stat pad (especially Kevina) I think a line of 8 or even 10 will be good pickins. You think?

Yea I would love Golden State at -7 or -8, although Lakers give them fits. Cousins allows GS to go after the Lakers' weak interior, so they could throw Los Angeles for a loop.

I would take GS for a large wager at -6, a small wager at -8, and would not touch at -10.

Cle +2
Bkn -3
Uth -5.5

Those are the most solid picks to me. I'd do a ML parlay on the three. Nothing's for sure though. They could all fail.

LAL-GSW I'd look for a good in-play, honestly. Not worth it otherwise.

You either get Lakers at + 17.5 (or whatever) or the Warriors on a good money line. Depends on how the game goes and what you believe in.

Thank you both of you.
Yes whenever the Lakers and Golden State "hook up" they seem to have some faggy mutual admiration crap going on. Will not pursue unless spread is a good or just do the ML.

Oh, Doc Rivers that's how. :rollin

Whatever you do Doc, don't bring in Boban and his 29 PER to face Gasol or Poeltl.

Ya the NBA stuff with it's wild inconsistencies and (imo) flat out rigging is not a piece of cake.

I didn't get to the Caliente til 2nd quarter of Lakers - Golden State game. My homie bet the 1st half and was bitter when Golden choked off the cover in the last minute. He is super solid and turned me onto Virginia in college ball. He admittedly does not like the NBA. So he was fuming and said don't touch the 2nd half. Anywho I let him talk me out of parlaying the 2nd half of Golden (+8 or something like that) and 114 total points scored 2nd half. As you know Golden State blew the doors off the Lakers, opening with a 15-0 run and continuing to win by 20. Plus both teams combined to cover the total 2nd half points easily. Fuck!

I’m starting to think the real reason for all the perimeter friendly rules are to open up the three point line, thus leading to increased volatility in final scores and spreads and leading to tougher bids for gamblers ie more wins for the house.

Does the nba get a tax or something like that from gambling?

Stern Jr. (Silver) was talking about a 1% cut for the NBA.
Of course the Vegas greedoids are bitching and scheming to keep it in Vegas favor:

Casinos, gambling lobbyists and some legislators protested what was branded as the NBA's request for an "integrity fee." Last year, Nevada sportsbooks had a 5.1 percent profit margin, according to figures released by the state's gaming control board. Over the past 10 years, Nevada sportsbooks have averaged 5.3 percent annual profit margin, according to a study by UNLV's Center for Gaming Research. Therefore, asking for a 1 percent cut of bets would represent almost 20 percent cut of the profit if new sportsbooks across the nation see the same margins as Nevada. Lobbyists for casinos have told state legislators that such a fee would have to be passed on to customers in the form of less favorable odds on bets :rolleyesand leave them uncompetitive with the illegal sports wagering market they are trying to eliminate. Opponents have also pointed out the NBA and NFL have held games in London for years -- MLB is planning games there -- and have integrity operations in place already.
