Called dat sheet :tu
They are already full force on her and its barely 2019 :lmao
Neocon demons are scared shitless of a Tulsi surge. They will attack her same way they did Bernie. Lets see if she has some balls unlike Bernie and fights back some
But she needs to form a decent base ASAP
IMO she should start touring USA like Trump did and somehow recruit Bernie or someone like Ocasio to support her. She wont be able to do squat by herself

Hillary was against gay marriage until it became the official platform.

How Tulsi Gabbard went from rising star to pariah — and then presidential candidate
Gabbard had so much promise.
Now her presidential bid feels quixotic.
Here’s what happened — and why it matters.

Same reason they attacked Bernie 4 years ago and, ironically, Howard Dean in 2004, she doesn’t fall in line with the establishment views.
Howard Dean is a piece of shit sell out. After the unfair treatment he got for being too far to the left in the 2004 primary when he was the best candidate, he should be sympathetic when the same thing happens to someone like Tulsi. Instead he’s moved his views to the right over the last 5-10 years just to get on the right side of the Clintons and to keep political relevance.

She tells me that, no, her personal views haven’t changed
She only supports gay marriage/LGBT rights because it benefits her politicially. Which is fine, I don’t care, but it’s pretty easy to see why she’s a libtard you’d semenshield for.

The criticism of Gabbard for supporting anti-gay movements in the early 2000s is bullshit. Being pro gay marriage at the time was considered to be toxic politically since a solid majority of the country was against it. Obama iirc was against gay marriage in 2004 and Clinton himself signed DOMA into law. The Dems’ stance on gay marriage didn’t change until enough millennials became of age to vote and made pro gay marriage the popular position among voters, prior to that pro gay marriage Dems regularly received labels like “unelectable”.

Calling homosexuals “extremists” is quite a bit stronger than just pussyfooting around gay marriage legislation. Not that I care too much about it either way, she’s a politician so of course she flips views to benefit her career, they all do.

I agree, but those are comments she made in her early 20s after being raised in an ultra religious family and a Republican dad. I’m not going to hold it against someone for not knowing any better about parroting the old fashioned views of their parents when she was only 20-25 years old.
My big issue isn’t really with this story itself, it’s with how these gotcha stories from 20+ years ago have become tools used to discredit the populist anti-establishment candidates before they can build any momentum in a primary. There’s never any effort by the media to dig up this kind of dirt on candidates like Hillary Clinton or Joe Biden, but when it’s discovered that Bernie Sanders was a Castro supporter back when he was in college 50 fucking years ago, or when Howard Dean (back when he was progressive) yells really loudly at a campaign rally, CNN makes sure that’s in the news cycle for weeks and hurts the candidate as much as possible.
Hillary herself has some quotes on gay people (see below).
““Marriage has got historic, religious and moral content that goes back to the beginning of time, and I think a marriage is as a marriage has always been, between a man and a woman.” - Hillary in 2000

I believe that marriage is the union between a man and a woman. Now, for me as a Christian—for me—for me as a Christian, it is also a sacred union. God’s in the mix.

That’s disappointing, Rolling Stone usually doesn’t go for that kind of stuff, Taibbi in particular has been relentless in his criticism of terms such as “electable” translating to “whichever Democrat can act the most Republican”.

This is because Trump hijacked the Repug party for himself
All establishment puppets and puppet masters are terrified of Tulsi as she could also hijack the last party remaining
