He's mixed with other dogs. Kinda like with Ligers, dogs and wolves interbreeding causes them to grow larger than either species or some shit like that.

I remember before we left Texas, we went to Snake Farm and they were fostering some wolf hybrids and they were massive, wayyyyy larger than the hyenas they had.

Damn. I've never seen this before. The head looks gigantic. I'd hate to piss that thing off.

I even remember when these things were listed in the SA Express classified under exotics with the "green tree boas" (literally a trojan for anacondas) and lemurs. My old man told me that alligators were fashionable and common place as pets back in his time and that there was a slight issue with people dumping them in Brackenridge and area ponds.

That story was just published today so I don't know how it went down on Reddit. And the point of the thread was to see if it was real. So..I didn't really fall for anything.
Unless you're loling at the news outlets that put it out today.

Are you saying it's a fake story/pic?

The largest wolf on record is on the right, he weighed in at 230 pounds.

Curious how large they were back in days of the mammoth, giant sloth, saber tooth tiger. What...500 pounds?

IIRC, the wolf in the left picture had just attacked the man's family and was just about to kill his unborn baby when the man had to put the animal down.

Anyone interested in seeing a Wolf vs Mountain Lion?

Not some BS, it's very real but also very ..ah...graphic.

It's not as sad as frightening that a human could bear hug a wolf to death.

I mentioned a battle between a wolf and a mountain lion above.

The guy who recorded it tells how (they are fighting in some brush, a little hard to see) the wolf was more than holding his own until he looked away at the guy recording, that was a big mistake..... I'll just leave it there.

I get the video thing but if talking big wolves don't miss this.

Funny thing is I was messing around not looking for anything, found this by accident.
