Where did he get this idea? I'm giving it very slight pause because Google is a piece of shit company that would no doubt follow the money. But I reiterate, very slight pause.

America's top defense officials say Google's work in China benefits Beijing's military

America's top two defense officials slammed Google's work with China on Thursday saying it has "indirectly benefited" Beijing's military.
"We watch with great concern when industry partners work in China knowing that there is that indirect benefit,"

Marine Corps Gen. Joseph Dunford, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, told members of the Senate Armed Services Committee hearing.
The latest revelation comes as the U.S. trade battle with China marches on, with intellectual property theft proving to be a major sticking point between the world's two largest economies.

And it appears they were. Don't mind Lord Trump doing something about that company. Not sure of the legal protocol he can take, though? Google will probably have plausible deniability.

Seems like there are valid concerns that could be articulated better if we had a semi-literate POTUS who treated the office with the respect it deserves and not as a corner in a wrestling ring.

When you see how votes align with party affiliation in the house and senate, you should realize it's not that respectable.

Be happy to accede that the Chinese steal intellectual property.

If that is the bar then GM is aiding the Chinese military, and so is every other US manufacturer in China.

So then why does the president single out one company?

Pretty simple tbh.

No, I asked you a direct question.

Did the Poles occupy Moscow in 1617?
Three months later, on 8 October 1610 a Polish army occupied Moscow. Tsar Vasilii was deposed, and dragged to Warsaw. Sigismund’s son Wladyslaw was actually offered the Russian throne, but he was unable to take advantage of his chance. The war in Russia was unpopular in Poland, and Sigismund was more interesting in the capture of Smolensk and associated borderlands. Despite this, a Polish garrison occupied the Kremlin from 1610 until 1612
