I would assume, everyone is playing, and this will resemble as much as a PS game will, a regular season game. Duncan getting 30 mins, Ginobili 28 Parker 32.

Barry Van Exel and Finley and Oberto, and that would be it.

Should be interesting.

Sixers shoot 10-12 on FTs in the 1st qtr. That's too many FTs for 1 qtr.

The Spurs aren't very good defensively without Bruce.

It isn't the first time either. That has happened to me 3 or 4 times this preseason.

WOAI is a 50,000 WATT station so for those of you living in the US, you might be able to pick up WOAI on 1200 AM. Car radios are sometimes better (antenna).

I've picked it up in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Tennessee and maybe a few other places I can't remember right now.

Refs are calling lots of fouls. Spurs back with the lead with Timmy, Rasho, Finley, Barry and TP. It sounds like the Sixers are doubling with Kevin Ollie digging on Tim.

Barry is scoring well tonight.

Spurs shooting 55% vs 40%, should be stomping but I guess the TOs are keeping 6ers in the game.

Brent doing his best shooting to keep his minutes up, Michael's down. Go Brent!

Sixers are forcing turnovers (14) and they have the rebounding edge. Otherwise this match would have been over.

Duncan is always be Duncan.

but, tonight the ball belongs to Brent Barry. Wow:wow if he continues to do what he did tonight then this team is even more SCARY.

he's got the confidence to shoot I didn't see in him since he signed with Spurs last yr.
He played differently...

Brent Barry came off the bench to score 21 points for the Spurs. Barry was 8 of 9 from the field including 5 of 6 from 3-point range. He also turned in a team-high six assists and five rebounds :tu. Barry is in his second season with the Spurs.

"I'm a lot less stressed out (compared to the beginning of last year)," Barry said. "I'm a lot more calm going into the year."

--------------------------------------------------------------

Barry first entered the game midway through first quarter with the Spurs trailing by eight points. He scored 10 points in just over five minutes as the Spurs moved back in front 23-22. He started the run by hitting a jump shot followed by a 3-pointer on back-to-back possessions.

Popovich credited Barry for solid defense and playing well offensively with Finley when they were on the floor at the same time. Popovich also said he was pleased with Tony Parker's defense and Nesterovich's performance.

Tim Duncan led the Spurs with 26 points and 12 rebounds. Parker had 23 points and four assists.

Rasho Nesterovic continued to start in place of Mohammed. Spurs coach Gregg Popovich said he expects Nesterovic to start in next week's games :angel since Mohammed has played in only three of eight preseason games.

Michael Finley started in place of Bowen. Finley, the longtime Dallas Mavericks star in his first season with the Spurs, had 12 points, four rebounds and three assists.

Timmy, Barry and Finley all had some timely shotmaking down the stretch. There was one key point with about 8 min. remaining in the game where the Spurs trailed by 2 and Finley hit 2 consecutive 3-pt. FGs to go up by 4. The 76ers weren't able to regain the lead after that although they tied it a couple of times. Barry had a 3-pointer to break a tie and Timmy had a nice "and-1".

What you see in all this is the Spurs are playing some combinations you haven't seen much of in pre-season in the 4th quarter.
