Not sure about ncaa's but I love OKC (not sold on either team but I suspect Thunder will want it more) and San Antonio (Spurs are more than 2 points better than Miami on a neutral court). I also like Chicago, I would not favor Washington over any NBA team on the road. I do not feel strongly about any line, though.

Now learning that many sites do not even offer #1 vs #16 on a moneyline. (99.3% chance, in fact it only happened once since 1985, that being in 2018.)
