Factors:
Blazers still 7.5 without Nurkic? Hmmn Chi is too inconsistent to know.
Indy sucks that bad on the road?
Golden Phaggots coasting / having infighting with major PMS or playing?
LeBron screwing up the Lakers tank? He's not a Kobe.
I don't love any of these games.

GSW definitely not playing 100%. With the KD ankle scare, Cousins still not 100%, Iggy injury management, and Kerr saying himself health is more important. They probably want to make sure they're healthy enough to beat all the West contenders (Houston, Denver etc) and then a tougher than usual finals matchup with the Sixers/Bucks/Celtics/Raps. They may lose a couple of these final games just due to all that, even with all their all stars

I like the Lakers to cover; they look like they are still tryimg to win for some reason.

Agree with all. But which games will they coast and which will they play?

Hard to say. Kerr is becoming unpredictable when he gives effort and when he mails it in, like Pop. It may be some random game where they are down and he just unilaterally decides to sit everyone. One thing is for sure, they aren't afraid of anybody in the lower half of the West bracket. And with Portland struggling, the only real competition to them is probably OKC (if PG gets healthy) and Houston, with the Jazz as a super dark horse, but probably not enough offensive firepower.
