Gotta admit, I didn't expect the article to go that way, especially in the "clutch" section. The answer is obvious though.

More talented player: Debatable, but probably Kobe
More entertaining: Kobe
Better player, better career, better leader, and the guy you want on your team: Timmy

What is talent: Duncan’s footwork, bank shots and blocks that kept the ball to Spurs were all made by having some great talent. And why was Kobe more entertaining except to the uneducated masses? And those that loved arrests of course.

Those masses are most of the ones who watch NBA games. Kobe had the drama, the fadeaways, the self-promotion. Who the more entertaining player was is not remotely debatable.

Talent-wise, it's tough to compare because of their different positions and responsibilities.

Timmy's only weaknesses were FT shooting, a lack of trust in his outside shot during his prime (at times), and being unselfish to a fault.

Kobe's only weaknesses were his shot selection and questionable leadership. As a basketball player, there was basically nothing he couldn't do.
