I created a thread the other day outlining trade possibilities for the Lakers or Knicks for AD.

After giving this more thought, I asked myself why not the Suns? The core of the trade would be Ayton and #6 for AD. Josh Jackson whom I believe has significant upside can be brought into the trade, and Warren or Bridges. The Suns need a PG and could take back Holiday and the Pelicans would appreciate the salary dump.

Booker and AD have the Kentucky connection and AD likes Monty.

Could Ayton and Zion play together? Do the Suns have a realistic chance at landing AD?

I doubt AD wants Phoenix. NoLA is better honestly. still think NY has best overall package

I don't see it. AD seems to want to go to a big market. Phoenix isn't that, and they're not a well constructed team. Devin Booker seems to me to be that classic good but not great guy who got maxed out and will doom the Phoenix payroll situation for years.

Sarver is stupid enough to order his GM to go all out for AD even if he won't commit to an extension. I'm kind of surprised it hasn't happened yet.
