Last November, Russia captured 24 Ukrainian sailors. The International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea in Hamburg has ordered (https://www.debatepolitics.com/redirect-to/?redirect=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.france24.com%2Fen%2F20 190525-global-tribunal-tells-moscow-free-ukrainian-sailors-immediately) the Russian Federation to release them along with their vessels.
Russia is not impressed, as it doesn’t recognize the tribunal’s authority.
