So if someone posts something that a few guys don't like, the thread gets shut down?
I'm surprised by this.
So if I say: "Go Spurs, Go" will this thread remain live?

Well this is a Spurs page and Leonard isn't a spur anymore. It looks like the threads that get shut down are Leonard threads and I'm sure that's to prevent having a page full of nothing but Leonard threads. besides how in the hell can you root for that bitch? He's no longer a spur, move on.

If you want to post your thoughts on the Kawhi situation, there are already about 50 other posts you can do it in.

They've pretty much shut down any new Kawhi threads, since he's not been a Spur for almost a year. They leave the one "official" thread up for people to vent and post in.

Did Thread invent this? I've seen it for years, but I seem to remember him using it often.

Here's a pretty good rule of thumb on message boards all over the world: If you make a thread that gets closed or deleted, for whatever reason, making a second thread about the deleted thread isn't going to go over very well.
Oh, and here's another one: When a person has full moderator privileges on a forum, trying to show them up publicly in their own forum is pretty much self abuse.
Very few threads get closed. If it does, there’s a reason (or it’s a duplicate/redundant)

There is a 300 + page thread for Kawhi Leonard. We dont need more incessant Kawhi Leonard threads. He left, he's a traitor, get over it.
