2 games away from Mexico vs. USA. lol if one of them chokes. Mexico game is after the Brazil-Argentina game tonight.

I'll be honest; no team in the Gold Cup has looked very good. Whoever wins will be an underwhelming champion.

Mexico gifted a PK in extra time. I would've been pissed if I had bet the +2500 for Haiti to win the Cup that I wanted to bet.

Supposed to be more Mexicans than Americans there. Sad.

Fucking Altidore. How do you miss that.

Fucking Altidore. How do you miss that.

Weak footed shot, but he still should've buried it. He could've easily raked it, side footed; he picked the wrong corner, imo.

Mexico may win, and USA may lose; but to me these are two teams trending in opposite directions.

Aereola could've had that foul in the box against that undisciplined stabbing foot; but he chose to dodge it. SMH

SMH Aereola trying to go back post instead of just blasting it in the open upper corner. Dude been doin' this stuff all tourney.

First time I heard Reggie Cannon's name in 36 minutes; he needed to take that open path to the goal. Swinging it wide like that totally let Mexico off the hook.

Pulisic gonna be fun to watch at Chelsea.

Arriola giving a prime free kick. SMH

Spurtacular

'Til that wild shot by Pulisic, I was gonna say Mexico's shots look more desperate as of late.

The sub should've been for Bradley. He was jogging back way too many times; too tired. Too easy on that goal for Mexico.

:lol De Los Santos wearing a sports bra.
:lol Been calling it for a long time that that dude is gay AF.

Laying on the ground after the 65th minute should be a yellow card.

Spurtacular

Ref only giving three minutes stoppage time? That's Gorgan shit.

Spurtacular
07-07-2019, 10:07 PM
That's the second time Aereola could've sold a wreckless challenge in the box and he dodged it instead. SMH.

Spurtacular

WTF? Ref not calling the free kick at the edge of the box on a guy jumping on the attacker's back? He just made the same call against Ream, ten minutes ago.

i would give a rebuilding team a pass for not getting it done; but this was a shitty Mexican team, tbh.

Typical USMNT in a meaningful game; put themselves in position to score multiple times and somehow can’t put a single one in the back of the net. Always the “almost” team. I knew when Jozy blew that early goal that they’d lose.

There was a handball that could have been called but the better team won
Mex whines and cries a lot
US with some clutch could have won

They would've controlled the game instead of that back and forth sh** if they had gotten that.

Fuck that. We'll keep our national team national. French are cucks, always have been...

The real problem is MLS doesn't have relegation. Nobody cares about that watered down, star-less league.

Well and American players are too soft to ply their trade in Europe. Players like Landon Donovan preferred the easy life of MLS. Klinsman tried to change that, but the players whined and cried about it. MLS is never going to be like a European league and attract top talent in their prime. It's more or less set up like a ponzi scheme. Until Americans want to play with the best in the world, they will continue to be a 3rd rate soccer country. Their being in the lowly Concacaf bails them out and raises their profile (unfairly), but even that couldn't help in the last WCQ, lol!
