I hadn't seen anyone talk about this so I thought I'd post it.

I thought Green played a way more prominent roll on the spurs championship runs. Stung a little hearing Danny say that after the way 2013 and 2014 went down. "2019 Championship better for sure" without much thought or hesitation. I wonder what made it so much better. Or is it Green just commenting to appease Kawhi and Raptors. I was looking forward to maybe Green being a Spur again one day but I now I don't feel that way. Thoughts anyone?

must feel good to win it all after being traded... and he's also experiencing much more fandom. TOR has a lot more to offer than SA so i'm sure he's enjoying all the access he's getting.

he just wanted to get rid of the reporter. Of course he'll say that publicly, but I doubt that he really feels that way

And probably a bit better the Spurs didnt want him anymore...the spurs gave him away as part of the Kawhi deal...the Raptors didnt ask for him....which is fair enough, I was sick of the bricks too

Whatever. He’ll probably sign with the Lakeshow this offseason, so next year he can talk about how great that organization is.
