Well, it could be because of genes. Some just have better genes than others and can have better bodies and etc. But those are mainly the body builder type of guys.

Also, you may not be working out that well or you will show later on. It all depends on your body. If you have always been skinny then you are most likely going to be skinny.

I have always been pretty stocky so I will most likely stay that way.

I could probably be a body builder if I worked as hard as they did and ate right all the time. But I rather do other things in life than work out 24/7 and barely eat anything.
