No. The issue is that in the mueller report they basically said IRA is guilty and that their wrongdoing has been established. There’s no reason why mueller can’t put that in the report. The issue is that part being made public while IRAs trial is pending, because if any of the jurors have read the report, it will sway their decision making.

That part of the publicly released report should have been redacted.

If OJs verdict was not guilty then yes he is innocentha ha, no.

Findings of actual innocence are rare as hen's teeth in courtrooms.

Verdicts are either guilty or not guilty. Calling a not guilty verdict innocence is spin: being found not guilty beyond a reasonable doubt doesn't mean the accused didn't do it, only that the prosecution didn't meet the burden of proof.

And anyway, we're nowhere near that stage of the process.

For the same reason. It would prejudice a jury if they have read that the defendant was working on behalf of the Russian government, which is something they haven’t been formally charged with in their current case.

The jusge never ever even hinted that he thought those claims were false (even if he did, do you think the judge has more information than mueller did to make that kind of claim?)

:lol link/quote?

From the statement itself. Judge says the indictment does not include link between Kremlin and the Ira. Thus Bob needs to stop that shit:

The Special Counsel Report describes efforts by the Russian government to interfere with
the 2016 presidential election. See Special Counsel Report 36–65; see also Indictment, United
States v. Netyksho, No. 18-cr-215 (D.D.C. July 13, 2018), Dkt. 1 (indictment against multiple
Russian intelligence officers based on the alleged hacking and leaking of private documents
belonging to Democratic officials). But the indictment, which alleges that private Russian
entities and individuals conducted an “information warfare” campaign designed to sow discord
among U.S. voters, Indictment ¶ 10, does not link the defendants to the Russian government.
Save for a single allegation that Concord and Concord Catering had several “government
contracts” (with no further elaboration), id. ¶ 11, the indictment alleges only private conduct by
private actors.

The Report, however, identifies the social media efforts alleged in the indictment as one
of “two principal interference operations in the 2016 U.S. presidential election” carried out by
the Russians. Special Counsel Report at 9; see also id. at 14 (similar). The Report also refers to
the defendants’ “social media operations” as “active measures”—a term of art “that typically
refers to operations conducted by Russian security services aimed at influencing the course of
international affairs.” Id. at 14 (emphasis added); see also id. at i, iv, 14, 35, 174. Elsewhere,
the Report states that “[defendant Yevgeniy Viktorovich] Prigozhin is widely reported to have
ties to Russian President Vladimir Putin.” Id. at 4. And more significantly, the concluding
paragraph of the section of the Report related to Concord states that the Special Counsel’s
“investigation established that Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election through the
‘active measures’ social media campaign carried out by” Concord’s co-defendant, the Internet
Research Agency (IRA). Id. at 35 (emphasis added). By attributing IRA’s conduct to
“Russia”—as opposed to Russian individuals or entities—the Report suggests that the activities
alleged in the indictment were undertaken on behalf of, if not at the direction of, the Russian
government.

yes this is all true. in federal court they indicted the IRA. they didnt indict the kremlin (they aren't able to). mueller's investigation didnt have the same limitation, so they had no problem claiming that the kremlin controlled IRA. the only issue was making that publicly available while IRA is facing trial

The judge said that's not enough link.
no, he didnt. please share the exact quote claiming that.

he told them the report was inappropriate because it concluded IRA was guilty, and they're not supposed to make those kind of statements publicly while the defendant is awaiting trial

just think about it, does it make any sense for a judge in a criminal action to have more foreign intelligence than mueller's team to the extent that he can call the claims in the report true or false? he has no say over that, its not his business.

but in refereeing a criminal trial, it is within his domain to make sure prosecutors aren't improperly making public comments about the defendant's guilt, as it may prejudice the jury. further comments such as their ties to the russian government will only prejudice a jury further. those portions of the report should have been redacted and not publicly available, until after IRA's trial

The judge is only commenting on the Mueller report and the indictment. And calling out Muellers bullshit.

Now answer the question. If there had been evidence of direct Kremlin involvement in IRA don't u think it would be in the indictment? Mueller already tried to link by saying Ira had government contracts. Why not include entire evidence? There is absolutely no reason not to unless it does not exist

"The Community" - a short story by Dale

Girl was up North in Flag for the summer. I liked being alone. I always had: "Dale, honey come on up, your aunt and uncle are here. He's down there playing that Electric Football Game, hour on hour. Dale!"

I'd fallen asleep watching "Green Acres," too exhausted to turn the TV off, though I'd managed to hit the mute. I'd checked the locks before I settled in. Even opened the laundry room door to make sure the garage door had fallen.

"Uh, Mr. Robinson, uh, sir."

There was two of 'em, one in each of my recliners. They'd wheeled them about and were seated on the edges, the attendant rocking feature making nary a move.

"What the fuck?" I felt my sphincter loosen, my bladder leaked. I was wearing a pair of Girl's old period panties back from before menopause. They were going to founder, they had no choice.

"Ssssssssshhhh." He'd put his finger to his lips. "last 4 digits *36*?"

"Yes." My 4 quilts felt like a ton a brick. I started to rustle.

"Don't move, Mr. Robinson.. We're armed." I could see the holster up inside his open suit coat.

"I'm not going to say it twice. No more. No more Twitter. No more with those guys you hate. No more. You got that to occupy yourself." He twitched to behind him. "What is it, 65 incher? Had a nice picture." The screen was black. My remotes had been moved. "The next time we come we'll stop instead of pass by your summer place there in Flagstaff. We won't need to come down then."

"Henry, you got anything?"

"He keeps his A/C nice, huh. '68, 69?"

"'67. I like it cold."

"Yeah, I figured that. No, Frank, I got nothing."

"Close your eyes, Mr. Ro, Dale. Don't open them. We'll let ourselves out."

Frank tossed me my remotes, one at-a-time.

I obeyed and only heard them conduct the hallway, open & close the laundry room door. The unit cycled on, the rush of cold air spirited at me from the portable fan on the end table bottom of my couch.

"Don't get up, dude." I admonished myself.

"I'm not, dude."

You believed a United airliner was Air Force One.

You believed that people could control the minds of other people using Cat Stevens songs.

You believed that Mueller was in cahoots with Trump to pwn the dems before you changed your mind ~20 times depending on whose tweet you read last.

Now you believe that a Russian troll farm acts as a charity benefiting whomever for whatever reason just because reasons.

I never thought you were simply stupid, but it's all here for anyone to see.

You are stupid.

So, it's an independent, pro-Putin just for the hell of it troll farm in Russia?

Do you ever stop to consider just how stupid you might be?

Seriously, the evidence is mounting quickly.

---The End---

Sorry I will read this later.

Bottom line:

Our intelligence community HAS made mistakes and purposeful lies.
We know about these and read about these because of our form of government and our PRESS.

You think the intelligence community is now trying to dupe the PRESS and American people about Russia.
Please give me your sources that lead you to this belief.
I know you are not there to witness it all, so please share with the board where you gathered your evidence that has led you to your beliefs.
