I think this guy could be worth a look. Orlando lost Darrell Armstrong, but has signed Tyronn Lue in free agency and also drafted Reece Gaines, so I'm not sure if there is room for Vaughn in Orlando or not. Orlando is capped out, but they may have the $1 mil exception available. And of course they have one year in the books towards his Bird Rights.
From what I recall of Vaughn's game, he's nothing special but will do a decent job. I think the biggest problem for him in Utah was that he was playing in the shadow of John Stockton. I think he could fit in well in SA. His 3point % was low last season but he shot it better in the prior two seasons with different teams. Granted, he hasn't attempted many in his career (his 78 attempts in 2000-01 being the most.)
