The San Antonio Spurs 2014 Championship team has been added to NBA 2K20.

Six teams since the turn of the century were included in this version.

The 2015-16 Cleveland Cavaliers, the 2002-03 Phoenix Suns, the 2006-07 Washington Wizards, the 2009-10 Portland Trail Blazers, the 2013-14 Los Angeles Clippers, and the 2013-14 San Antonio Spurs.

i recently played at a friends' and chose the 05 team... not only was roster ridiculous, far worse is that tim duncan spent all his time spotting up at the 3pt line. its a cool idea to have these rosters, but seems to defeat the purpose if the play style is a generic modern style for every team.

Also, why is there '03 Suns but not '03 Spurs? Honestly, it would make more sense if they just included every title-winning team in history. Of course you'd also want some teams that didn't win, but some of these choices are extremely odd. "I wish I could play as the 2007 Washington Wizards," said no one ever.

Some of the historic teams will actually NERF your performance, though, because they have no depth. 2K couldn't be bothered to build more than 6 players for many of these teams, so your backup point guard or center will be "Joe Smith" with a 60 overall rating. :lol

They should have just made a Player99 like they did with Jordan back in the day with his exact skill set and looks similar to him too. A lot of the old historic teams, they have to either make up guys or do the likeness thing with them too. I don’t know why that would be a problem for them.

The devs will never update rosters for historic teams, but you can create players manually and add them to the rosters.

Agreed, with the way the stamina works you can't play a game with only 6-7 players even.
