I feel the same way about Thomas. Now would be the ripe time to go away and for the old man to set his replacement in there & gain 20-30 years. We don't have to worry about a Dem blocking the replacement like you poor saps did.

Even if Breyer and RBG retired earlier in '14 or '15, obviously MM was ready to block all of Obama's nominees "because he could", as he did for Obama's other Federal judgeships, or at very most vote up an Obama "centrist" nominee with "squishy" rulings career with more rulings conservative rather than good rulings.
