Take a look at this video:

https://youtu.be/cv0Ub36uDyU

A guy walks into a MetroPCS store with the intent to rob it. He’s totally casual, and clearly doesn’t expect what happens next when the employee shoots him point blank.

What are your thoughts here? Was the use of deadly force justified and necessary?

Wasn't the 1st time that employee had pulled that gun. You could tell he was well versed in it. When that shit goes down, 1st thing on your mind is "If I do this, does my gun jam, is the safety on, does he have an accomplice" because if you think for an instant "is this legal" then you're probably committing murder.

Says store was robbed 2 that year already
Police say he legally was allowed to carry (employee)
No problem with him being shot
It happened in 12 seconds
What would you do ?
I would rather not risk a bullet to my head by a robber if I had to wait a extra second to see if he had a gun

If you carry you practice
You shoot 1000 rounds to get comfortable with gun

Drawing in a controlled setting and drawing under duress are completely different. It's hard to fake duress.

the fact that the robber walked in with a handgun and it was visible made it fair game imho. typically the use of deadly force isn't justified solely to protect property, but if he's brandishing a gun, different story

My thought is it's a shame for this robber that the employee wasn't a cuck like you.

Of course your first thought is me. You've made thinking of me a time consuming part of your life.

Keep coping, blake. I was answering your question directly.

You don't think the robber wishes the guy he was a robbing from was a scared cuck like you?
