During the 1980s, Mark Olberding, George Johnson, Dave Corzine, Kevin Restani, Paul Griffin, and Reggie Johnson earned the nickname "The Bruise Brothers" for their physical style of play. For those who never got to see these guys you missed a treat. Any other unsung Spur hero's you hold near and dear to your heart?

Mario Elie

Kevin Willis

Tony Massenburg

Glenn “Big Dog” Robinson

Cory Joseph

All guys who brought toughness and energy every time they checked in, even if their roles were small.

They made the game more interesting then the game of H.O.R.S.E. that's played today.

Good list. I'd add Jerome Kersey and Will Purdue as well. I also liked Antoine Carr, he was fun to cheer for.

I loved Cojo's dunk, but Manu's 2014 Finals game 5 dunk is the gold standard. They had gotten down so far, so fast, and they were climbing back into it, but that dunk seemed to break Miami's back.

Kersey and Elie gutted us to the promised land in 1999. Steve Kerr had some big moments in 2003.

One thing today’s NBA is definitely missing is true rivalries
Knicks-Pacers, Knicks-Heat (I would throw Knicks-Bulls in there, but I felt NY vs Indy and Miami were more intense)
Suns-Rockets was short lived but pretty intense. :lol imagine if someone did the kiss of death today, he would get ejected+lifetime suspension
