honestly, still dont think they look that good. josh jacobs is very good, and our OL is playing at a high level (with gabe jackson set to return week 7), but the lack of downfield passing is still going to prevent this team from winning consistently. if jacobs gets walled on a couple of early downs it kills our drives. losing your #1 receiver the week before the season will do that to you, not to mention having your #2 and #3 receivers out today.

it was still pretty nice to see us being able to run the ball on the bears all game. still left points on the board too (fumbled at the 1 yard line on first and goal)

defense also benefitted from playing against a garbage QB in chase daniels

test is going to be the weeks following the bye, after which we should be healthy. if the passing game is still just dinking and dunking, then this is a 6-8 win team. if they can at least turn jacobs' production into some deep play-action shots to tyrell and jj nelson, who knows
