right. NOLA is going to win. But the jags aren't going anywhere this season regardless. The titans, probably not either. Same issue... nobody who can be seriously trusted under center. I'd take Carr 8 times and twice on sundays over tannehill, mariota, pinshew or even foles not with the Eagles. Main thing for the Raiders is they won't win the division but they do play in the weaker conference so 9-10 wins should be a shoo in for a wild card birth.
