Averaged 8 points and 5 assists his Senior year at Houston. 6’1 PG who can’t shoot.

Training camp fodder but damn, how much do our scouts make a year again?

Will you people ever get it through your fucking heads that transactions like this are only for Austin? When you sign someone, and then cut them, their rights go to your g-league affiliate. This is only like the third one since the end of the playoffs JUST LIKE THIS, and the purpose is to improve the shitty Austin PG play, in order to fast track the development of the draft picks that DO actually matter. You can't develop a SF and a PF without someone to feed them the fucking rock, capisce?

Pop gon play him at SF next to the Mills/Forbes back court. We gon play super small ball and be Golden State Warriors on steroids. I bet he defends like Draymond

Even the longest tenured fucks here seem to have amnesia every season. Whether it's questioning obvious G-League signings, or asking about the Spurs airing preseason games, you're always going to have the same dumb fucks asking these same questions every single goddamn offseason.

I don’t know why we ever got rid of Paul George.

If Thats the case might as well start the midget from game of thrones at Center and call it a season.

Agreed even with fucked up signings for the actual roster people should expect the Spurs to do Spurs shit for better or worse but that Mills signing really grossed me out Ina shopping they wouldn't do that.

I really don't see where there is room at PG even for training camp fodder.

Tbh QW will dominate G-League and should have stints with the big team 2nd night of B2B. This guy is a backup

Spoon isn’t on a two way contract. The only way he sees big club action is if they cut someone from their 15 man roster. G-league call ups count against the 15 spots. I’m not sure he can even get a call up until 10 day contracts go into effect in January, after the cut deadline for non guaranteed contracts passes.

Having three playmakers for your G League team is pretty much required regardless of whatever else they can do. If one is good at one other thing there is a fair chance he will leave for more money at some point.

All the sites I've checked have Eubanks and Weatherspoon as the Spurs two-ways.

I think he has potential and is probably just an Austin signee.

You're right. So, he can spend up to 45 days with the big club.

I really like Spoon. Imo his development can free White to play the starting lineup with Murray. I like Forbes’ continued work on his game, but White is an overall better player on both sides of the court.
