The Blazers' whole offseason made no sense even on paper, tbh. Never understood them trading for a known bum like Whiteside (there's a reason why Heat fans were celebrating when their front office finally managed to dump him). Not only that, but they stupidly traded Moe Harkless for nothing in the same deal. He's the exact type of role player everyone wants in the modern NBA. You don't trade one of those players just for the sake of trading them. They also replaced Turner and Aminu with worse players. Even before Collins got hurt, I wasn't expecting them to be as good as they were last year since they made downgrades for the sake of change.
