Slippery slope imo. I don't believe tits are private parts, and many states have top freedom (should be a federal issue, not state IMO) so the MLB was stupid on this, but who's to stopping a bunch of hairy dudes going fully naked or bottomless for testicular or butt cancer awareness? How about women flashing their vagina for cervical cancer? Lol.
