The NBA's best and worst guard tandems

Charley Rosen / Special to FOXSports.com

Best guard combos

1. Tony Parker-Manu Ginobili (San Antonio): This pair represents a wonderful blend of speed, quickness, creativity, and excelling in clutch situations. If Parker's decision-making is sometime askew, and if Ginobili's defense isn't up to par, the Spurs' frontcourt has the knack of erasing mistakes and turning them into advantages. The point being that backcourts never function in a vacuum.

I think this was posted before, but nonetheless, Rosen finally wrote something, as Tim would say, that wasn't retarded.

Just when you have the idea in your mind that Rosen is a complete and total idiot, he actually writes something that makes sense. Ok, he only did it this one time but still. If it wasn't for everything else he's written bagging on our franchise, you might be inclined to think he may be somewhat objective.

Come to think of it, it is kind of scary knowing that even someone like Rosen is giving the Spurs some props this year. But then again, he might feel he has to do it to avoid looking like a total moron at the end of the season.
