I know they knew this kid was a pro since he was like 15. There is no reason for Poop not to trade for his draft rights. Luka would have set the Spurs up nicely for the next 15 years. His game would have aged gracefully.

Nah, I doubt it. Manu was an overseas phenom. Sure he used to make unorthodoxed plays, turnovers, etc. at first. Then Pop learned to let his talent shine. 4 more rangs later...

Pop didn't want Kiwi in the WestPERIOD. Been there, done that with the Shaq trade (rumor had it that there were more lucrative Western Conference deals; Lakers didn't want to see him in the West either).

But in Kiwi's case, no way in hell does he stay in Cow Town. Yeah, Poop fucked up :lol

I disagree son. Poop tried to do Kiwi dirty by deporting him out of the country. His hatred for Uncle Fester was so strong he didn't do what was best for your franchise.

Will the media call him out for this? Nope. But if this was the Lakers it would lead SportsCenter every day for a year :lol

Heard the same thing from Pop's neighbor's cousin. He was practically in the room when it went down.
