Are we top 10, or 11-14?

Greg Anthony's kid looks pretty good, tbh.

Whoever it is will have to earn his minutes against Marco Belinelli in 2024 when Pop shits on president Kanye West in every postgame interview to hide his defficiencies as a coach

First were do you think will be drafting the way the team is playing I am thinking 9 to 14 sounds about right.

I've come to be a big believer in ex-players' kids, and the last 2-3 years have made me more convinced. It isn't a guarantee - there aren't any guarantees. But all things equal, I like a guy with the genes who grew up around the highest level of the game. I think Anthony is a good one to keep an eye on.

Is it too early to start the offseason thread yet?

Yeah I think this will keep me sane for this upcoming year rather talk about future then deal with the what we have right now.

This is a bad jinx, a sign the pick is going to be traded to dump Marco at midseason

James wiseman anyone? Kahlil Whitney (reminds me of load management actually) Opinions on these two?

Anthony Edwards if we're lucky with ping pong balls. If not maybe Precious Achiuwa, although he may end up top 5 or 6 too.

I think it will be Prescious.

The team still doesn't have a single decent small forward prospect but this draft isn't too deep there like last year's. Aldridge is getting worse every year so they may need to address the big man issue. Then again, the classic big man is becoming less and less important in the modern NBA. Spurs desperately need more three point shooting too(and not one dimensional shooters like Mills or Forbes)

A Wiseman once told me to never put all your Precious eggs in one tank.

2020 year draft is pretty shitty, only wiseman makes sense but there are not a big chances to get him. They should have tank last year bc this year draft was solid asf. Last year was great too, i really dont understand why spurs didnt want to fight for doncic. Hes european, great player, loyalty and wasnt a top1 in any mock draft.

Spurs trajectory is top 10 lottery pick. They need to trade away DDR and LMA if they are going to get serious about the top 5. Sad to say, but if they want to get a top 5 pick, they need to trade DDR and LMA and probably Gay because he deserves to end his career better than this and then start Lonnie Walker, Murray, White, and Poetl, and whoever they want at the 4 spot. And I'm not bagging on Lonnie, Murray, and White, but they don't know how to win games at an NBA level. They can compete, but they'll get outexecuted. Better to just let them have growing pains and see if any will make a jump while cruising our way to a top 5 pick.

James Wiseman

I rather go with a Sf if Wiseman is not available (which is likely)

1. Samuell Williamson
2. Precious Achiuwa: This is my guy.
3. Trendon Watford

Well, with how we’re playing we should be able to swing that.

In before Spurs start getting some useless wins instead of initiating a much needed tank.

As of right now, if the draft was today we would be picking at 6.......based on our record and tiebreakers.
