Any info on his current contract? Should we sign him max? Build around Lonnie?

Just supermax him already, tbh.

First round rookies have two guaranteed years and then two club option years. He’s in the second guaranteed year. Spurs already picked up his third year option. Fourth year option cost can move around depending on some factors.

Fifth year is a qualifying offer and RFA, but in many cases guys are extended. This year, Murray was extended before the deadline and Poeltl will be an RFA.

Anyone know where to find Larry Coon’s CapFAQ? Site seems to be gone now.

Extend him cheap while you can and then play him FFS.

Let’s not go crazy and give him that Pau money.

LMAO. He went from being a scrub to "let's max him" in one game.

If Pop doesn't show some respect, I wouldn't be surprised if he goes looking. I guess a max deal would send a message. But playing time would sure help.

Yes let's max him before he demands a trade to Miami.

Forbes will get all the money that we save by having Lonnie on a rookie contract

The mistake may be that Spurs overpaid extending Murray. Murray is good, but nowhere near as talented as Walker.
