It is funny that when the Patriots lose in the AFC Championship game, everyone will go “PATRIOTS DYNASTY OVER, BRADY AND BELICHICK ARE TOTAL TRASH” when just getting to a championship game is better than what 75% of teams have accomplished in a decade :lol

Should be a double bye week tbh.

:lmao Brady...if New England loses this game their season is over.

How is their season over just because they would have to play a wildcard game? The Titans and Steelers are both awful.

I think Brady needs the extra week off to preserve himself physically, and they have a lot of minor injuries that need to heel if they want to have a prayer against KC or Baltimore. I'd take them over Tennessee / Pittsburgh, but I think they'd then fold against KC in a big way the next week.

Will Hunting

While Brady has shitty teammates that are largely the reason his offense spent the first half laying an egg, what's Rodgers' excuse? Healthy offensive line and he has all of his weapons, but he's not doing shit.

he typically plays like shit at that stadium in terms of accuracy. he missed 2 wide open TDs and they settled for a field goal. and then the Packers gave the field goal back when the Lions had 19 seconds left from their own 25 :lol

I don't think home field matters at all for KC though. they've beaten the Patriots in Foxboro 2 of the last 3 times, and the Pats won in KC last year. Even this year, 3 of the Chiefs' 4 losses are at home.

I don't see anyone in the AFC having a prayer against Baltimore, but KC is beatable, they are poorly coached and prone to too many mistakes. Their roster is very average outside of the QB and WRs/TE.

2004 Tom Brady - 109.4
2014 Tom Brady - 100.3
2016 Tom Brady - 97.7
2018 Tom Brady - 85.8
2003 Tom Brady - 84.5
2000 Trent Dilfer - 83.7
2001 Tom Brady - 77.3
2015 Peyton Manning - 75.4
2006 Peyton Manning - 70.5

So actually Brady only Dilfered his way to 1 out of 6 superbowls, while Peyton Dilfered his way to 2 out of 2 :lol
Is it really "Dilfering" when you actually play a lot worse than Dilfer did? :lol

It should be called Peytoning instead, tbh.

Green Bay and Seattle would be the worst 1-2 seeds in recent history:lol. Seattle has had a ton of luck in close games and GB isn't great at any facet of football.

Saints and 49ers are comfortably better, but it's the NFL, the best team often doesn't win.
Seattle can't get the 2 seed now because they have 4 losses and GB/NO have 3.

I'll give Peyton credit for Dilfering in 2015. He was basically just plain mustard that year and allowed himself to get carried by a stud defense without fucking too much up.

2006 however I agree might be an insult to Dilfer, Dilfer would be too embarrassed to accept a ring for a playoff run where he threw 3 TDs and 7 interceptions :lol

2018 Brady put up 37 points against the Chiefs and 41 points against the Chargers while averaging over 300 yards passing over 3 playoff games. It just so happens that the 4 touchdowns scored against the Chiefs were all running plays.

Pretty rare for QB’s to Peyton their way to a ring. Roethlisberger & Elway both got one, after that you probably gotta go to the 60’s to find QB’s playing that bad and getting carried to a ring.

You’d really take New England’s defense over San Fran’s right now?

nothing to worry about

Best offense in the league after the Cowboys tbh

not since October.

if you throw out SEP/OCT, N.E. isn't a playoff team.

how is the second round match ups line up.
SF top seed-who do they get?
Is it the winner of round one with the worst record?

the defense is poorly coached. They let too many defensive coaches get away. They will need to find someone new/old, but the Falcons keeping Quinn really hurt them. Maybe the Cowboys don't bring back Richard?

Not worried about the offense outside Crappolo fucking up, but the D will give up another TD here in about 30 seconds.

not worst record, worst SEED. So the Eagles are considered above the #5 and the Vikings even with a worse record.

SF top seed gets the lowest seeded winner in the wild card round.
Packers get either the Saints or the highest seeded winner if the Saints lose.

Tough to afford a good defense when you're paying a game manager like he's Brees.
