Allegiant Stadium aka The Death Star will be up and running, with the Raiders officially making the move following training camp in Napa Valley, CA

Las Vegas will also be hosting the 2020 NFL Draft

Speaking of which, the Raiders have

2 first round picks (12th pick is theirs, 19th from Chicago)
0 second round picks (goes to Chicago)
3 third round picks (their own pick + one from Chicago + one from Houston)

I know the burning question is about Derek Carr, but I'd be incredibly shocked if the Raiders go another direction. He is what he is, tbh, an average mid-tier QB whose success depends on his surroundings. The team desperately needs a #1 receiver and will likely draft one in the first round. Other than that, just about all investment should go to the defense.

Should they trade up to draft a guy better than Mack? Chase Young?

I would still draft a QB, not necessarily in the first round, but someone to develop.

He’s not better than Mack.

He’s not better than Mack.

Mack finished the year with 8.5 sacks. He's never been a true sack machine like some guys, DeMarcus Ware types etc. Young can be the next guy who gets the gaudy sack numbers like 17.5, 19, 18.5, 21, 18, etc

It's too bad they don't change their name. Leaving that thug stain on them ruins it for me.
