Pop on Bam, who was cut by USA Basketball last summer: "Now that you see him during the season, I've shaken my head several times. That's not the guy that we saw during the tryout. Maybe that was my fault. Maybe I should have done it differently so his skills could come out."

I remember when Bam was cut. It was a surprising decision. Pop also kept Plummlee on the team. Lol.

Pop sees the same thing in Forbes that he saw in Bonner. They must make like 95 outta 100 3s in practice, but is doesn’t translate to the real game.

Bonner, who never ever did anything in a meaningful game (besides his back-to-back 3s against Memphis), managed to get 10 years with the Spurs.

Forbes ain’t going anywhere.

Well yeah Pop has been making allot of mistakes these past few years. I know he is a god that does no wrong to some around here but He has cost the Spurs so far at least 7 -8 wins this season with his nonsense...but that culture.

Pop just hasn't been looking all that great since Timmy D hung up his shoes.
