That good?

It's too complex an issue to simply boil it down to good or bad. I'd like to see some meaningful changes proposed. The placebos cause me to lose faith in this country, that everything that comes from DC is a scam, geared toward fooling the average voter into thinking something happened when in reality nothing really happened.

Well, there was, but the ones with perhaps the most impact (or too broad?) where eventually knocked down.

It's also noteworthy that only in 2008 with DC vs Heller, the SCOTUS finally took on the question of what the 2nd Amendment really protected, which in and of itself is a pretty big deal, both from the justice and legislative angles.
