I've seen a few Korean movies pretty recently and they were all excellent.

Old Boy, Burn, and The Parasite.

I ended up watching The Handmaiden over the weekend. Same director as Old Boy.
And it was also great. 8/10

One thing in common with all of these is that there's a pretty big twist involved. Maybe because they are in Korean, it's harder to identify these twists since it's difficult to pick up on the subtleties in the acting.
Anyway, I haven't seen a bad Korean movie yet. Although I have been watching the more highly rated ones.

Anyone have any other recommendations?

Anything by Bong Joon-Ho or Park Chan-Wook is going to be solid.

Memories of murder.

Well that sucks. Seems like it's not available to stream right now. Looks like it was once on Prime and Netflix.

I want to watch it on my TV. I'm way too lazy to do that.

Watched Mother by Bong Joon Ho. A little disappointing. Was expecting better.
6/10 for me.
