Update: Parker had a second consecutive strong game Thursday night, scoring 21 points (8-for-14 from the field) with four steals and two treys.
Recommendation: Parker has surprisingly come out of the gates with back-to-back 20-point games, and his production thus far will make him one of the first undrafted guys added from the waiver wire in many leagues this week.
