he was great last year, started 51 games. Then fell off a cliff as soon as the playoffs started and never recovered. His 3-point shooting went from 40% to 31% this season and his eFG is under 50%. He's completely done. Trey Lyles is better than him

I understand letting a scrub shoot from distance. But Finney-Smith is shooting something like 38% from 3P this season. The Spurs didn't even move toward him. But that's not the point. A guy shooting 38% for a season is going to make a pretty high percentage if he's just left uncovered. But they still miss. White missing an open 3 isn't exactly an indictment on his career.

Also we have won games vs good teams with Murray starting...
